So here’s the thing friends - I’m a mom just like you.
I drink an average of a pot of coffee a day and I use way too much dry shampoo for it to be socially acceptable.
I stay up late on a Netflix binge while emailing.
I balance (or try to) my home life, business, my personal health - I can go on and on!
But the things I’ve learned in the past 2 years of becoming a mom have been life changing. Mainly for the obvious reasons of raising a little one - but also for growing a business at the same time.
I have definitely made mistakes along the way and have learned so much from them. So I’m here to help YOU! I want to share how I’ve pushed past the sleep deprivation and grown my business into a huge success!
Unfortunately we are in an age where writing things on a piece of paper doesn’t really work for every aspect of your business. To be honest part of me really hates that! So here are some online tools that I use daily to help organize, schedule, and prioritize my tasks.
I seriously LOVE this platform for instagram! I could talk about it for days and really haven’t found much “wrong” with it. Compared to other similar platforms, Planoly offers a free version that is a great start for small biz owners.
Before Asana I used Trello and thought that Trello was the best thing since sliced bread. So that has changed! Asana is now my favorite organization tool. If you have a team, you can share project boards and assign tasks to your people! I’m a visual thinker so I really love how I can see all of my tasks directly in front of me.
This is where I type all of my blog posts and meeting notes. I can share notes with others and organize things by tags and folders. I have the desktop version on my computer and also the app on my phone for when I need quick access to something.
I can’t believe it took Adobe so long to come out with an app version! This is my go-to way to edit all my mobile images using my presets. It has the flexibility of the desktop version which I LOVE!
